Helping with PepsiCo's challenges

PepsiCo shares are traded principally on the New York Stock Exchange in the United States. However, the company is also listed on the Amsterdam, Chicago and Swiss stock exchanges; filing results in all these markets. As one might expect, the size and complexity of PepsiCo (its brands are available in nearly 200 countries) present us with considerable challenges. First, there is the enormous task of gathering and checking information from so many different markets. Then there are the different requirements of the U.S. and other markets and the different reporting and tax structures in each country. One of the main challenges for PepsiCo is maintaining both a strong performance in the market place and a strong presence in the community. Sustainability is a key driver in everything it does.
