Information Technology Services
KPMG's Information Technology Services (ITS) is a single, integrated service organization with global, national and practice-based components. ITS works together to meet service expectations, and deliver and support the technology to help KPMG's partners and employees succeed. In addition, ITS also works with KPMG's functions to strategically address business needs and to develop customized technology solutions.
Human Resources
Our Human Resource professionals work together to develop, implement, and manage strategic initiatives and programs that drive and support KPMG's Employer of Choice and Partnership of Choice strategy. HR provides the firm's leadership, partners, and employees with benefits and services that can help them manage their personal lives as they build careers that are personally and professionally rewarding.
Operation Services
KPMG's Operations Services team delivers high-quality customer-focused services to the firm's practices and national processes. Operation Services include Office Services (Office Operations, Facilities Management, and Hoteling); National Design, Production and Proposal Services (NDPPS) team providing design, desktop publishing, word processing, editorial, and production support; and Events and Meeting Services (EMS) provides a comprehensive range of services encompassing planning, development and delivery of internal meetings and market and client-facing events, as well as providing assistance with program development, site selection, and meeting logistics.

Working together, the KPMG Industries & Marketing professionals are committed to helping drive the firm's quality growth strategy by developing and executing integrated national and field-based go-to-market programs, and making KPMG a great place to build a career.
Communications
As a member of KPMG's Communications team, you can play a vital role in helping KPMG to be regarded as a firm dedicated to maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism, as well as being a great place to build your career. You may have the opportunity to learn about and interact with Audit, Tax, and Advisory professionals, while supporting the firm's commitment to our people, our clients, and the capital markets we serve, using internal and external communications channels.
Finance & Accounting
Even accounting firms need internal accounting and financial reporting. As part of our finance and accounting organization, you may help support the accounting, financial reporting, and analysis of the financial results of the firm; accounting policies and procedures; firm and partner taxes; firm wide payroll; cash management; insurance; and financial systems application support.
The Global Services Centre
KPMG's Global Services Centre (GSC) brings together people and resources from KPMG International Cooperative member firms to work together in developing methodologies, services, tools and training that empower our professionals. As clients become more global and as their business challenges grow in complexity, they expect KPMG International Cooperative's member firms to deliver consistent global service offerings, common methodologies to guide how work gets done, and a consistent level of technical knowledge from professionals who are trained under a common global approach.
The Center for Learning and Development
KPMG's Center for Learning and Development (CLD) designs and delivers programs that support the overall learning objectives of the firm. The CLD organization includes learning and development departments aligned with each of KPMG's practice areas, and infrastructure departments that support all learning initiatives across the CLD. Within this organizational structure, you'll find program managers, instructional designers, learning technologists, measurement strategists, and operations and communications professionals. Over the last four years, the CLD has helped KPMG achieve consistent recognition by a number of external evaluators, including garnering four straight top-ten rankings on Training magazine's celebrated Training Top 125 list.
