They are entrepreneurial and exceedingly demanding; they expect their advisors to deliver at speed, which often requires working long and unsociable hours.

An understanding of private equity is essential to serving this sector, as well as a general understanding, experience in, and the knowledge of the following technical skills: funds audit & structures, tax restructuring, transaction services, advisory (cost cutting, business integration, and operational improvements), IPO accounting, and sale side due diligence.
