KPMG's Network of Women. That's KNOW. KNOW, New York. Not "no" as in the answer "no." But I am the leader for KPMG's New York chapter. We touch various aspects of KPMG especially in the New York office. We touch the recruiting process. We touch the on-boarding process. Day to day experiences. Whether it's social etiquette, whether it's golf, whether it's entertaining clients, we are creating an informal network to allow our constituents to get to know one another, establish their own mentors, and really grow and stretch themselves. We do oftentimes bring in, through the KNOW network, we'll bring in outside speakers. We'll bring in role models throughout KPMG, because we have so many successful women, and we want others to be able to hear you know, what their career journey has been, and what parts of those resonate with any of our constituents. No work/life story is ever the same, but certainly you can learn from others that have already gone down this path.
