Abilities in Motion (AIM)
AIM's mission is to foster an environment that supports professionals who have a disability, or who have a child or other dependent with special needs, as they build their careers at KPMG.
The network strives to raise awareness among all our people about the unique needs and talents of individuals with disabilities, helping all professionals feel accepted, valued and treated fairly.

Established in 2003 by the Women's Advisory Board (WAB), KPMG's Network of Women (KNOW) is a grassroots, employee-driven national network that tailors and delivers the WAB's broad, national programs and strategies through chapters at the local office level. Since its launch, KNOW has expanded from pilots in three offices to local chapters in 60 offices across the firm.
