Diversity
Equal Employment Opportunity
KPMG reaffirms its long-standing policy of providing equal opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, age, gender, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
This policy applies to recruiting, hiring, rates of pay and other compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, demotions, terminations, reductions in force, disciplinary actions and all other terms, conditions, or privileges of employment.
Supplier Diversity
Equal opportunity is given to minority-owned, women-owned, Veteran-owned, and Special disabled veteran owned businesses to join our supplier base by competing and participating in the purchasing process, subject to established purchasing policies and procedures.
In this regard, KPMG is the only Big Four firm that supports Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), a national organization dedicated to the advancement of women-owned businesses (WBEs). KPMG contributes an annual contribution of nearly $40,000 to support the group's mission through sponsorships and events. Additionally, KPMG has participated in several networking events with WBEs, where our Purchasing team members network with WBEs as potential vendors. KPMG is also a member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc.
Mentoring
Mentoring supports KPMG's strategic people priority. The firm is committed to building a mentoring culture and helping to create conditions for our people to establish a relationship built on communication, respect, and trust. Mentoring can help them group professionally and fulfill career aspirations.
